set.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild AI-enabled capabilities, including agent tool surfaces, workflow orchestration, retrieval, and document intelligence.\nIntegrate Azure AI Foundry models through API Management and implement tool and function calling.\nContribute to the connector surface and develop cloud-native services using Azure Container Apps.\nImplement observability and tracing, including token attribution and AI usage monitoring.\nImplement auditing and traceability appropriate for regulated environments.\nOptimize AI solutions for reliability, latency, and token cost.\nParticipate in design reviews and contribute to technical design decisions.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI applications.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in software development.\nStrong hands-on experience with C#/.NET and familiarity with Python.\nExperience developing solutions on Azure Cloud.\nHands-on experience with Large Language Models beyond prompting, including API integration, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.\nExperience with API-driven and distributed systems.\nExperience with CI/CD and automated testing.\nStrong understanding of production AI application development and operational challenges.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nStrong working proficiency in English.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with Azure AI Foundry.\nHands-on experience implementing RAG solutions, including retrieval-quality tuning.\nExperience developing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.\nExperience with document
