The candidate should have proven experience designing Identity Broker architectures using OIDC/OAuth2/SAML and integrating multiple existing Identity Providers and applications. This is not primarily an Entra ID or infrastructure role. Strong PingFederate experience would be a major advantage.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive and refine the solution architecture for the groupwide Identity Broker / CIAM platform\nDesign secure and scalable identity federation patterns across existing Identity Providers and customer-facing applications\nDefine and implement federation flows based on OIDC, OAuth 2.0 and SAML\nDesign Home Realm Discovery, identity linking, claims normalization and token management\nSupport the technical evaluation and prototype implementation of PingFederate and PingDirectory\nDefine integration patterns between the Identity Broker, existing IdPs and customer-facing applications\nDesign the identity data layer, including minimal customer identity attributes, identity mappings and linked accounts\nDefine approaches for JIT provisioning, SCIM-based provisioning and identity synchronization\nDesign for high availability, regional redundancy, failover and resilience\nEnsure compliance with security architecture principles for authentication, sessions, tokens and identity data\nSupport the implementation of the initial LifeTrack prototype / pilot\nWork closely with application teams and Business Unit IT teams to onboard additional applications and Identity Providers\nTranslate business and customer-access requirements into scalable technical architecture and implementation patterns\nProduce architecture documentation, integration specifications and technical decision papers\nSupport architecture reviews and technical decision gates\nProvide hands-on technical guidance to developers, integration engineers and project stakeholders\nThe project specifically foresees the broker handling federation, routing, claims/token normalization and minimal identity linking, while authentication, credentials and MFA remain with existing IdPs.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nMust Have\n8+ years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), security architecture or related areas\nStrong hands-on experience in Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM)\nProven experience designing Identity Broker / Federation architectures\nStrong knowledge of: OpenID Connect (OIDC)\nOAuth 2.0\nSAML 2.0\nIdentity Federation\nSSO\nToken and claims management\n\nStrong experience with Ping Identity, ideally:PingFederate\nPingDirectory\n\nExperience integrating multiple Identity Providers (IdPs) and applications within complex enterprise environments\nStrong understanding of:Identity linking\nHome Realm Discovery\nClaims normalization\nToken issuance and validation\nSession management\n\nExperience with SCIM, JIT provisioning and user lifecycle integration\nExperience designing highly available and resilient IAM platforms\nStrong understanding of
