expectations.\nStakeholder Management:\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, data architects, and engineering teams.\nFacilitate requirement gathering workshops and project steering meetings.\nProvide executive-level status reporting and communicate project progress effectively.\nData Strategy and Governance:\nDrive implementation of data governance frameworks and data quality initiatives.\nCoordinate activities related to data migration, master data management, and regulatory compliance.\nEnsure adherence to organizational security, privacy, and data management standards.\nDelivery Governance and Reporting:\nEstablish project governance, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.\nTrack program health using project dashboards and metrics.\nPresent progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to leadership.\nRisk and Issue Management:\nIdentify project risks, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints.\nDevelop mitigation and contingency plans.\nDrive resolution of project issues and escalations.\nTeam and Vendor Management:\nLead cross-functional teams comprising data engineers, analysts, BI developers, architects, QA engineers, and business SMEs.\nCoordinate with third-party vendors and implementation partners.\nManage team capacity planning and resource allocation.\nCloud and Data Platform Initiatives:\nOversee projects involving data warehousing, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), business intelligence and reporting, and AI/ML enablement programs.\nContinuous Improvement:\nPromote Agile and DevOps best practices.\nDrive automation, process optimization, and operational efficiencies.\nCapture lessons learned and implement continual service improvements.\nRequirements:\nExperience: 10 to 15 Years.\n10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in project/program management.\nProven experience delivering data and analytics projects.\nStrong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, data governance, reporting and analytics, and cloud data platforms.\nExperience managing distributed teams and global stakeholders.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.\nExpertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.\nPreferred Technical Skills: Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, SQL, AWS Data Services, Talend, Apache Spark\nPreferred Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 Agile Scrum Certifications, Azure Data Engineer / Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Certifications.\nKey Competencies: Leadership
