An offer will be made at one of the following tiers:\nTier 1 - $96,900.00: Meets stated qualification and experience requirements. May need guidance and training beyond onboarding to perform the more complex functions of the role.\nTier 2 - $110,160.00: Experienced and fully competent. Will be able to independently perform key responsibilities of the role once onboarding is completed.\nTier 3 - $124,266.60: Highly experienced and can perform all responsibilities of the role at a higher level than expected once onboarding is completed.\nTo honor our company-wide equitable pay system, the posted salary range and corresponding tier salaries are non-negotiable.\nThis is a US-based remote position open to applicants in the states listed below. testing, scheduling releases, and keeping stakeholders aligned and informed throughout the delivery process\n\nAnalyze business objectives and manage and prioritize enhancement requests that meet clients' needs without having to create unnecessary one-off customizations\nUnderstand business requirements, work flows, and pain points of clients and translate them into specific software requirements that successfully address these pain points\nDevelop use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria\nProactively seek business needs and requirements across diverse customer and stakeholder environments as well as the broad team, and lead/drive work efforts as necessary\nWork closely with the technical team to continually improve application functionality, design, and usability\nPerform complex data analysis, reconciliation, and quality/accuracy testing\nEngage directly with stakeholders and users for all types of inquiries (e.g. account or access issues, enhancement and feature requests, security, etc.)\nWho You Are and What You Know (Knowledge and Experience Requirements)\nA minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst with 2 or more years of experience specific to regulatory analysis in mortgage or small business lending compliance is required (experience with HMDA Regulation C is strongly preferred)\nExperience providing program management support for data collection/management software platforms\nAbility to understand technical issues and translate and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders\nStrong understanding of API functions, capabilities, and requirements\nStrong time management and coordination skills with the ability to adapt to changes\nExperience analyzing large sets of data and defining business process requirements\nKnowledge and understanding of the principles, theories, and concepts of Agile software development life cycle\nExperience using modern data visualization software tools\nFull-time resident of the contiguous United States (must be legally authorized to work in the US now and in the future without sponsorship)\nAbility to pass a Public Trust background check and any applicable background and/or security checks related to project requirements\nOther\nInternet: Will prioritize and maintain access to strong, reliable internet for the remote nature of our work, except when on vacation or holiday.\nSecurity: Will keep the highest security practices to ensure privacy and security of Coforma and client information, given the nature of our work, even
