An offer will be made at one of the following tiers:\nTier 1 - $150,235.80: Meets stated qualification and experience requirements. May need guidance and training beyond onboarding to perform the more complex functions of the role.\nTier 2 - $159,691.20: Experienced and fully competent. Will be able to independently perform key responsibilities of the role once onboarding is completed.\nTier 3 - $169,146.60: Highly experienced and can perform all responsibilities of the role at a higher level than expected once onboarding is completed.\nTo honor our company-wide equitable pay system, the posted salary range and corresponding tier salaries are non-negotiable.\n\nThis is a US-based remote position open to applicants in the states listed below. by analyzing client and project requirements and objectives\nCollaborate with colleagues across Growth, Engineering, and other disciplines to conduct technical reviews of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and supporting solicitation materials\nWork with your team to design and build systems at scale that are secure, compliant, and meet the needs of our clients and end users\nBounce between growth and business development work and internal engineering projects as needed\n\nIn Your First 30 Days, You Will:\nComplete new hire orientation training and familiarize yourself with the Coforma Field Guide\nMeet key stakeholders and counterparts across the org\nTrain on internal tools and processes and become familiar with our active pipeline\nReview our Growth and Engineering documentation and gain a solid understanding of each team's structure and practices\n\nAfter 60 Days:\nSupport the Capture Management team in responding to RFPs and RFIs and developing responses, presentation content, etc.\nAct as a technical resource for the broader Growth team\n\nAfter 90 Days:\nBegin designing and building solutions for RTEPs, RFPs, etc. and participate in oral presentations and Tech Challenges as needed\nIdentify gaps and present ideas and suggestions to help improve collaboration between Growth, Engineering, and Delivery\nWho You Are and What You Know (Knowledge and Experience Requirements):\nA minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or full stack engineering role working with teams across Product, Design, Research, and Growth to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures and deployment workflows\nExperience with and strong understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud), containerization and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD deployment pipelines\nFamiliarity with authentication and authorization protocols (SSO, SAML, OIDC, RBAC) and deep knowledge and understanding of security principles and best practices, encryption standards, and enterprise compliance requirements such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, and more\nExcellent collaboration and communication skills (verbal, written, and/or with the use of assistive tech) and the ability to clearly and efficiently articulate complex technical matters to non-technical stakeholders, customers, and partners\nFull-time resident of the contiguous United States (must be legally authorized to work in the US now and in the future without sponsorship)\n\nPreferred Qualifications and Experience:\nExperience working in startup environments (pre-seed through Series A, B, C, and beyond) is strongly preferred\nExperience with Active Directory, SAML/SCIM, API's, Typescript, Python, and other coding languages\nPrior experience in product management and delivery\nRelevant industry certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure, CCNA, CCDA, Security+, Network+, CISSP, CSP, etc.) and willingness to obtain new certifications is a plus\nOther:\nInternet: Will prioritize and maintain access to strong, reliable internet for the remote nature of our work, except when on vacation or holiday.\nSecurity: Will keep the highest security practices to ensure privacy and security of Coforma and client information, given the nature of our work,
