You’ll be building your own lead lists, representing us at conferences and events, developing real relationships, and helping shape how Coframe shows up in the market. You'll build and own your own pipeline, run outbound campaigns against high-value target accounts, and help define the outbound playbook as our sales team scales.\nWhat you’ll do:\nSource new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach, identifying target companies, personas, and buying signals.\n\nProactively build and own target accounts and prospect lists across our key verticals.\n\nExecute personalized outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, referrals, cold calling, and creative channels to generate qualified meetings\n\nTest and iterate on experimental marketing, outbound messaging, and GTM motions, using data to continuously improve outbound performance\n\nPartner closely with Account Executives to develop account strategies and book high-quality meetings.\n\nAct as an ambassador to represent Coframe at industry events, conferences, and meetups\n\nClearly articulate Coframe’s value and identify strong handoffs to AEs, and maintain clean, detailed records in the CRM\n\nDevelop a working knowledge of conversion optimization, growth, and how AI-driven experimentation fits into a modern marketing stack\n\nYou may be a fit if:\nExperience in business development, sales, consulting, or another outbound-heavy, customer-facing role.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, clear and confident with the ability to engage senior decision-makers\n\nComfort with cold outreach, networking, and live conversations and willingness to travel for conferences and events\n\nYou are detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills, a high level of ownership and resourcefulness, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.\n\nComfortable with cold outreach and prospecting tools.\n\nBased in or willing to relocate to San Francisco\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience selling to growth, marketing, product, or CRO/experimentation leaders\n\nExperience at an early-stage startup or on a small, high-performing GTM team\n\nExperience prospecting into B2B SaaS or e-commerce organizations\n\nBenefits\nFlexible, unlimited paid time off\n\nMedical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family\n\n401(k) plan with company match\n\nDaily in-office meals\n\nFlexible wellness benefit, including gym membership\n\nWhy Coframe\nElite Team: Our founder is a serial entrepreneur who previously co-founded a $2B+ unicorn with Tom Brady and guest lectures AI at Stanford.
