You will deliver targeted research, craft personalized outreach for passive and competitive talent, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the technical landscape, knows how to hold a high talent bar, and knows how to experiment and adapt for different role searches. If you have deep experience in strategic sourcing and thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments, this role is for you.\nWhat you’ll do:\nHelp build the sourcing systems and referral engine that let Coframe hire exceptional people as we scale.\n\nDevelop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and source highly qualified candidates at volume through creative channels.\n\nPartner with technical hiring managers and interviewers to understand hiring needs, team matching, required skills and qualifications, and calibrate the profile as each search evolves.\n\nCollaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to understand organizational needs and map out long-term talent acquisition strategies that balance priorities across all technical teams\n\nStay up-to-date on sourcing best practices, emerging sourcing techniques, interview innovations, and workplace trends\n\nTrack and analyze pipeline data to drive continuous optimization and improvements in sourcing approaches\n\nOperate with agility, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, hard-to-fill roles, and changing team needs\n\nYou may be a fit if you have:\n2-3+ years of relevant sourcing or talent acquisition experience at an AI company or high growth startup with a proven track record of scaling and building diverse and high-performing teams.\n\nExceptional technical literacy when reading resumes, GitHubs, paper abstracts, etc. and are comfortable navigating complex technical conversations\n\nA proven ability to engage and convert passive, in-demand technical talent\n\nExperience using AI recruiting tools and the ability to design novel sourcing strategies, test new methods, and adapt quickly when faced with challenges\n\nHigh agency, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail, as well as a proactive mindset and ability to operate with autonomy\n\nClear, fast communication with candidates and hiring managers.\n\nAre based in SF and willing to be in office 5 days a week\n\nNice to have:\nExisting strong relationships in the SF startup, engineering, and research community.\n\nExperience at an early-stage startup building the sourcing or recruiting function from scratch.\n\nExperience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting automation tools.\n\nBenefits:\nFlexible, unlimited paid time off\n\nMedical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family\n\n401(k) plan with company match\n\nDaily in-office meals\n\nFlexible wellness benefit, including gym membership\n\n“You guys are insane.” - OpenAI team\n“Coframe makes you feel like you have a team of 100 people.” - Replit team\nCoframe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
