In this role you should be a strong communicator and able to handle day-to-day activities, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to work independently as needed.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILTIES\nMonitor and/or perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, and recording of accounts receivables and accounts payable.\nPrepare journal entries such as loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.\nConduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, sales tax, payroll taxes, and 401(k).\nMonitor and/or prepare monthly financial statements and all supporting documents.\nCredit card management and reconciliation.\nWork in conjunction with our in-house Consulting Controllers and CFO’s.\nOTHER DUTIES and RESPONSIBILTIES\nAuthorized to work in the United States.\nPrior hands-on accounting experience.\nAdministrative duties completed in a timely and accurate manner.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nEffective time management skills.\nExcellent client interaction skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)\nAbility to work well independently and with a team.\nKnowledge of various accounting software.
