Deadline & Risk Management\nAccountable for maintaining strict control over case deadlines and procedural requirements to prevent legal exposure.\nThis includes accountability for:\nMaintaining calendar accuracy for all case deadlines\n\nTracking court dates, filings, and required responses\n\nIdentifying and escalating potential deadline risks\n\nEnsuring compliance with procedural rules\n\nVerifying completion of all required filings\n\nMaintaining audit-ready case timelines\n\n3. Billed Production Control\nAccountable for consistent generation and conversion of work into billed output aligned with firm production expectations.\nThis includes accountability for:\nMaintaining consistent daily production activity\n\nCapturing all time contemporaneously\n\nConverting recorded time into billed work through proper documentation\n\nEnsuring accuracy and completeness of billing descriptions\n\nManaging workload to sustain billed production levels\n\nMonitoring personal production against billed targets\n\n4. Discovery & Deposition Execution\nAccountable for progressing cases through structured discovery and fact development.\nThis includes accountability for:\nDrafting and responding to discovery requests\n\nPreparing for and conducting depositions\n\nReviewing and organizing evidentiary materials\n\nMaintaining discovery documentation\n\nEnsuring completeness of discovery responses\n\nCoordinating with internal staff on case materials\n\n5.
