You need ownership that backs you and room to do it right.\nWhat you’ll own\nTwo to three projects at once, from preconstruction through closeout.\nThe schedule. You build it, update it and hold everyone to it, with lookaheads that actually mean something.\nThe money. GMP, contingency, buyout and change orders. You know where every dollar sits and you protect the contract.\nThe owner relationship. Regular updates, real answers, no surprises.\nSubs and field teams. You set expectations on day one, walk the work and solve problems on site before they become emails.\nPermits, inspections and MIOSHA safety on every job.\nDocumentation. RFIs, submittals, logs, pay apps and a closeout package that’s done before the job is.\nEstimating and precon support, including pricing, constructability and bid strategy.\nWhat you bring\n7+ years as a construction project manager on commercial or multifamily projects, including time carrying more than one job at once.\nExperience on CM at risk and GMP contracts.\nOccupied multifamily renovation experience is a big plus.\nStrong blueprint reading.
