events.\nResponsibilities:\nOverseeing Daily Operations related to fleet, facilities, and asset management: Ensuring smooth and efficient processes across various departments.\nResource Management: Optimizing the allocation of resources (personnel, materials, equipment).\nPolicy and Procedure Development: Creating and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.\nPerformance Monitoring and Improvement: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and identifying areas for process improvement.\nTeam Leadership and Supervision: Leading, motivating, and mentoring teams, including performance management and conflict resolution.\nCompliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.\nStrategic Planning: Collaborating with senior management to set operational goals and contribute to strategic planning.\nCommunication: Effectively communicating with stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and other departments.\nPreparedness for, and support of, emergency response events\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business, or related field (preferred)\n5+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in construction, utilities, or industrial environments\nExperience managing multiple locations or regional operations\nStrong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, emergency-response environment\nExcellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software\nPreferred\nExperience in electrical contracting, utilities, or storm restoration operations\nFamiliarity with fleet yards and field crew support logistics\nKnowledge of OSHA regulations and tool safety standards\nWork Environment & Travel\nPeriodic travel between yard locations (PA, Pittsburgh, MS, CT)\nAbility to work extended hours during storm events and emergency response situations\nCombination of office, warehouse, and outdoor yard
