Representatives to prepare estimates and proposals.\nEnsure accurate transfer of customer expectations to internal staff.\nParticipate in customer proof reviews and project discussions when appropriate.\nAssist in resolving customer concerns or production issues.\nCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) & Pipeline Management\nMaintain accurate prospect and customer information in the company's CRM.\nRecord all customer activities, opportunities, and follow-up actions.\nManage sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle.\nPrepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.\nMeet or exceed established activity and sales goals.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent sales experience.\nMinimum three years of successful business-to-business outside sales experience.\nCommercial printing, graphic communications, or related industry experience preferred.\nDemonstrated success in prospecting and developing new business.\nStrong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\nProficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
