This individual will communicate with appropriate personnel, providing technical support to the IT Department as well as all associates within the Bank. The Systems Administrator participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. As an integral member of the IT Department, the individual in this role will coordinate work within and outside the department, reporting pertinent information and responding to inquiries or requests for information.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities and Duties\nAssist IT Manager with servers, switches, software deployment, etc.\nEndpoint remediation\nPatch management\nActive Directory rebuild and lockdown\nHelpdesk escalation Tier 2\nPrinter and print server administration\nDMARC/SPF/Spam monitoring\nAutomation of daily IT tasks, applications, backups, etc.\nJoin new location setup team\nNew hire/termination user setup\nEmail administration\nAsset tracking\nAssist with on and off-site backup rotation\nVPN configuration\nFirewall modifications\nMitel phone system administration\nAdditional IT project list assignments (FIS Backup Router, Domain Change, 802.11x, Mimecast MFA, Password Manager, etc.)\nBanking center physical security hardware orders and maintenance (SD-boxes, vault, undercounter, etc.)\nISP point of contact for installations and outages\nEnsures BSA compliance by reading and being familiar with the BSA/AML program/policy;
