This role includes performing various cleaning tasks, ensuring high standards of sanitation and hygiene, and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents by creating a welcoming and orderly living space. Responsibilities include cleaning all public and common areas, bathrooms, offices, and resident apartments, following established schedules, while interacting in a friendly and courteous manner to ensure resident and family member satisfaction.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and administrative offices, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.\nClean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.\nEmpty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.\nLaunder and replace linens, towels, and other textiles as needed.\nFollow the community cleaning schedule and protocol according to community guidelines and follow established safety precautions.\nBuild positive relationships with residents by engaging in friendly, respectful interactions.\nRespect residents’ privacy and preferences while cleaning their living spaces.\nReport any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or resident needs changes to the supervisor.\nUse cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and according to instructions.\nFollow infection control and sanitation protocols, including the proper handling and disposal of waste.\nRequirements\nCANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS\nEducation and certificates:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nExperience, Competencies, and Skills:\nAt least one (1) year of housekeeping experience in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality setting (hotels) is required.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.\nGood time management and organizational skills.\nFriendly and professional demeanor.\nKnowledge of cleaning chemicals and their uses, as well as cleaning equipment, is a plus.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.\nSalary Description\n$17 -
