environments.Responsibilities\nIndependently manage DevOps requirements and infrastructure across multiple projects.\nDesign, build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other relevant tools.\nProvision, manage, and optimize AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.\nManage Docker containers and Kubernetes workloads, including deployments, scaling, reliability, and troubleshooting.\nImplement and maintain centralized logging, monitoring, metrics, distributed tracing, dashboards, and alerting.\nTroubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.\nDesign, implement, and validate disaster recovery strategies, including backup, restoration, and failover procedures.\nSupport SOC 2 compliance activities, including security controls, access reviews, audit logging, and evidence collection.\nApply DevSecOps practices, strengthen infrastructure security, and manage secrets securely.\nMonitor infrastructure performance, availability, scalability, and costs, identifying opportunities for optimization.\nCollaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver reliable solutions.\nMaintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, infrastructure configurations, and operational runbooks.\nFollow best practices for cloud security, automation, scalability, resilience, and production reliability.\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering.\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Route 53, ECS, EKS, and CloudWatch.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure VMs, VNets, AKS, Storage, and Azure Monitor.\nMandatory hands-on experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting production CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.\nStrong experience with Terraform, including infrastructure provisioning, reusable modules, remote state, and multi-environment management.\nPractical experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation.\nStrong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, application deployments, scaling, and production troubleshooting.\nProficiency in Shell scripting and/or Python for infrastructure automation.\nStrong Linux administration skills, including networking, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting.\nHands-on experience implementing observability solutions, including centralized logging, metrics, distributed tracing, monitoring dashboards, and alerting using tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.\nExperience implementing disaster recovery solutions, including backup and restore testing, failover procedures, and RTO/RPO planning.\nExperience supporting at least one SOC 2 audit or readiness cycle, including security controls, audit logging, access reviews, and evidence collection.\nProven experience in production incident management, root cause analysis, debugging, and infrastructure optimization.\nAbility to independently manage at least two concurrent projects with strong ownership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nFamiliarity with DevSecOps tools such as SonarQube, Trivy, Snyk, and secrets management is preferred.\nKnowledge of additional AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SES, Amplify, and Lightsail is an advantage.\nExperience with OpenTelemetry, AWS X-Ray, APM, SLO/SLI monitoring, and incident response automation is an added
