technical support to employees by managing IT support tickets and resolving hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and network issues.\nAdminister Microsoft 365 services, including email accounts, distribution lists, licenses, Exchange Online, SharePoint sites, and OneDrive for Business.\nManage user access and permissions based on assigned roles and organizational security policies.\nConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and macOS devices to ensure reliable and secure operation.\nInstall, configure, upgrade, and maintain computers, operating systems, applications, and peripherals.\nPerform routine maintenance, including software updates, security patches, backups, system cleanup, and performance checks.\nMaintain endpoint security through antivirus software, access controls, email protection, and other security measures.\nSupport email security initiatives, including phishing simulations, suspicious email investigations, and preventive security improvements.\nTroubleshoot network connectivity involving routers, switches, wireless access points, leased-line connections, and remote access tools.\nMaintain accurate IT asset inventories, track hardware and software licenses, and manage device allocation and lifecycle activities.\nInvestigate recurring technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement lasting solutions in collaboration with the global Technology team.\nAssist with infrastructure administration and cloud-related activities involving Azure or AWS, as required.\nMaintain IT documentation, support procedures, troubleshooting guides, and asset records.\nPrioritize multiple support requests, communicate progress clearly, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.\nHelp improve the organization's overall IT security posture and support a reliable, efficient, and secure working environment.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in desktop support, IT support, and Microsoft 365 administration.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nStrong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications, with a working understanding of Linux and macOS.\nHands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, including user accounts, email accounts, distribution lists, and licenses.\nExperience managing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.\nFamiliarity with Azure administration and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.\nExperience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting endpoint devices, hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals.\nKnowledge of endpoint and email security, antivirus solutions, access controls, and phishing or email security simulations.\nUnderstanding of networking, including routers, switches, wireless access points, leased-line connectivity, and network troubleshooting.\nExperience with system maintenance, security updates, patching, backups, and device cleanup.\nAbility to manage support tickets, diagnose technical issues, use remote access tools, and escalate complex issues when necessary.\nExperience maintaining IT asset inventories, software licenses, hardware allocation, and device lifecycle records.\nStrong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.\nGood written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively, learn new technologies quickly, and manage
