Handle employee payroll maintenance activities, including: New Hire Setup Re-hire Processing Employee Rate Changes Direct Deposit (DDP) Setup and Updates Employee Address Changes Tax Setup and Updates Process employee payroll deductions, including pre-tax and post-tax deductions. Handle garnishment setups and maintenance, including Child Support, Creditor Garnishments, and State Tax Levies. Review payroll inputs and employee records to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate payroll processing. Perform payroll validations and quality checks to minimize errors and ensure data accuracy. Maintain proper documentation and follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
