The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling US clients and managed a team of 12 processors.\nKey\nResponsibilities Perform end-to-end US accounting activities, including: Bank Reconciliation General Ledger (GL) accounting Profit & Loss (P&L) review and analysis Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close activities Work closely with US clients to resolve accounting queries and discrepancies Maintain compliance with US accounting standards and company policies Prepare financial reports and support audits when required Identify process improvements and support team mentoring when needed\nRequirements Required Experience & Skills 6-9 years of experience in US Accounting / US F&A Strong process knowledge in US Accouting and good team handling skills.
