Job Description

Essential Functions核心职责:

1Develop, maintain, and document manufacturing processes for optical lens products

开发、维护并标准化光学镜头产品制造工艺

2Support process improvement activities for quality, yield, productivity, and cost performance

支持质量、良率、效率及成本改善活动

3Analyze and resolve routine process and production issues

分析并解决日常工艺及生产问题

4Supportnew product introduction, process validation, and production ramp-up

支持新产品导入、工艺验证及量产爬坡

5Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable production operations

与跨部门团队协作，确保生产稳定运行

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities知识、技能与能力要求:

1 Knowledge of geometrical optics and optical lens manufacturing processes

具备几何光学基础知识，掌握镜头制造相关工艺知识

2Knowledgeof process control and quality systems

熟悉过程控制及质量管理体系

3Problem-solving and data analysis skills

具备问题分析及数据分析能力

4Goodcommunication and teamwork skills

良好的沟通及团队协作能力

Minimum education and work experience required最低学历与工作经验要求:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Optical Engineering, Applied Physics, Mechanical Design & ManufacturingAutomation, or other relevant engineering disciplines.、

光学工程、应用物理、机械设计制造及其自动化等相关工程专业本科及以上学历。

2+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing environments

ExperiencerequirementmaybereducedforlensindustryorOpticalEngineeringcandidates.

2年以上制造业工艺工程相关经验（镜头行业或者光学工程专业可降低年限要求）
