Description\nKey Responsibilities:\nAs Environmental Health & Safety of manufacturing personnel, ensuring that all employees are adequately trained, aware of, and complying with Cognex EHS Attendance System.\nLiaise with the Inventory Controller to ensure material is transacted correctly and on time.\nResponsible for the maintaining of all Quality and Production related Documentation, training records to the required standards for all internal and external auditing including ISO9001 etc.\nEstablish and encourage a strong teamwork culture within the manufacturing area.\nRecommends and implements measures to improve production methods, production flow, floor layout and product quality.\nLead and participate in cross-functional and cross-divisional process improvement initiatives.\nParticipates in process troubleshooting to correct/maintain desirable product outputs/yields.\nUnderstands and deploys the use of Lean Manufacturing (5S) and Process Excellence (Six Sigma) principles and methods.\nWorks with the technical team to coordinate equipment repair to ensure the least amount of downtime of production lines.\nUnderstands and uses data, key metrics and statistical information to improve process (SPC).\nCommunicate & keep team updated on all matters relevant to the manufacturing area in a timely and appropriate means.\nConduct the team discipline and system\nSupport management in any tasks assigned\nBasic Qualifications and Skills:\nBS/BA in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management or Logistics preferred.\n2-3 years supervisory/people management experience, production planning experience required.\nStrong interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.\nGood working knowledge of MRP and SAP.\nProficient or advanced knowledge of analytical tools, specifically Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.\nSelf starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.\nLean Manufacturing and problem solving and investigative skills.\nAbility to lift, push, and pull 23 kg (50
