The individual will be responsible for assisting with the disposition of DC MRB items in a timely manner and assisting in ensuring timely execution of product holds, purges, deviations, and inspection flag activities. This individual will also support the ISO program and assist in Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in our Distribution Center.\nEssential Functions:\nAssist in the execution and response of purges, inspection flags, interruptions, CCARs, deviations, material review board (MRB) and customer surveys items in a timely manner. \nAssist with the implementation of quality Alerts in the DC. \nRespond to routine quality issues with defined procedures in the Distribution Center that affect the on-time shipment and customer satisfaction, implementing the necessary corrective actions. \nLiaise with Inventory to ensure material control of the MRB area. \nSupport the ISO program at the Distribution Center, including internal auditing. May assist with third-party Audits. \nContribute to maintaining quality metrics. \nEnsure that all applicable processes and procedures are followed. \nParticipate in daily Gemba. \nProvide input in continuous improvement activities. \n Knowledge Skills, & Abilities:\nAbility to work with colleagues across various functions is essential. \nExperience with PLM systems (such as SAP). Experience and proficiency with SAP and SAP PLM is desired. \nSolid communicator (both written and verbal) with ability to explain information to the stakeholders including peers and customers. \nTroubleshoots data issues with established procedures.
