management, environment consistency, and test reliability.\nLead performance testing initiatives, including load, stress, spike, and soak testing.\nDefine performance baselines, service-level objectives (SLOs), and regression gates.\nBuild scalable performance testing frameworks using tools such as Locust, k6 or equivalent.\nAnalyze application performance using profiling and observability tools to identify bottlenecks.\n\nTechnical Leadership: \nChampion quality engineering practices across engineering teams.\nMentor engineers on automation frameworks, testing strategies, and code quality.\nPartner with product managers to define acceptance criteria and quality gates.\nDrive root cause analysis for production defects and implement preventive quality measures.\n\nRequirements: \n8+ years of experience in software quality engineering with strong expertise in test automation.\nProven experience defining and leading automation strategies for distributed systems.\nExpert-level proficiency in Python for automation development.\nHands-on experience with Playwright for end-to-end web automation.\nStrong understanding of FastAPI and Django for API and backend testing.\nExtensive experience with performance testing methodologies (load, stress, soak, spike testing).\nExperience testing cloud-native applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes, event-driven systems, and cloud services.\nFamiliarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or similar.\nStrong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated quality gates.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nExperience working on large-scale distributed systems.\nStrong
