We run a complex, tightly integrated tech stack centered on NetSuite, with tools covering billing operations, AP automation, expense management, payroll integrations, and close management.\nThe team is intentionally lean and high-ownership. You will be a systems operator, builder, and partner to the Finance organization. As the team grows, this role is designed to bring operational stability, increase capacity for strategic work, and strengthen our ability to evaluate, govern, and scale financial operations. \nWHAT YOU WILL DO \nNetSuite Administration & Daily Operations \nServe as one of the NetSuite administrators - manage user roles, permissions, saved searches, custom fields, workflows, and configurations across a multi-entity, multi-currency environment \nHandle user escalations, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with ecosystem vendors on issue resolutions \nMaintain data integrity across subsidiaries and legal entities; proactively identify and resolve data quality issues \nDocument system configurations, processes, and runbooks to reduce knowledge concentration risk \nAccounts Payable & Accounting Operations \nOwn the NetSuite-side of the full AP cycle - vendor bill capture, GL structure, approval workflows, and payment runs through Nordea and JPM Pay e-payments \nSupport the AP team on exception handling, vendor management, and process design \nCollaborate with the accounting team on journal entries, setting up intercompany workflows, system FX and revaluations, and reconciliation processes\nIdentify bottlenecks in the close cycle and replace spreadsheet/email/slack workflows with system driven processes \nIntegrations & Data Flows \nOwn and maintain existing integrations built on Celigo, including Salesforce-to-NetSuite flows (order-to-cash) \nDesign, build, and test new Celigo integration flows as the business scales • Maintain documentation for all integration maps, field mappings, error-handling logic, and data flow diagrams \nSystems Governance & Evaluation \nEstablish lightweight governance for add-on tools (Upflow, Zone&Co products) to ensure they integrate effectively into the broader financial systems environment \nAct as liaison with vendors and consultants; evaluate ROI and integration feasibility on system investments \nHelp define and maintain a systems roadmap that supports the finance organization's scaling needs and long-term goals, including IPO readiness \nCross-Functional Partnership \nCollaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A, IT, and Procurement to evaluate and improve system functionality in line with changing business needs \nServe as a communication link between business users and technical stakeholders - translating accounting requirements into system configurations, and vice versa \nTrain global users on systems, new features, and process changes as they roll out \nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR \nRequired \n3-5 years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite administration\nAccounting background: degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field \nIn-depth knowledge of AP processes, procure-to-pay cycles, and month-end/year-end close procedures \nExperience managing NetSuite in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment • Experience with the iPaaS integration platform - Celigo strongly preferred; • Ability to design, document, and maintain integration data flows and GL mapping logic • Strong communication skills - able to write clear specs, work asynchronously with US and EU colleagues, and present recommendations to Finance leadership \nStrongly Preferred \nHands-on experience with Zone&Co products: ZoneBilling, ZoneReconcile, Zone Capture \nExperience implementing or administering Ramp, Expensify, Navan, or similar spend management platforms \nPrior experience leading a system implementation or major system migration \nOracle NetSuite Suite Foundation or Administrator certification\nLearn more about us\nImpact 2025\nCognite's Industrial AI: Moonshot\nWe’re globally recognized domain experts with an international presence that spans Phoenix, Houston, Oslo Tokyo, Bengaluru, and Abu Dhabi.\n Equal Opportunity\nCognite is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment at work and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
