As a Co-Innovation Program Manager at Cognite, you’ll work right at the seam between emerging AI product development and real-world customer operations.\nInstead of just managing timelines, you will lead customer-partnered programs that put our latest capabilities into production. You’ll listen to how systems perform in the field, synthesize user insights, and partner directly with engineering and product leads to refine our platform.\nThe Impactyou bring to Cognite\nDrive Co-Innovation: Own end-to-end delivery of customer-partnered programs that deploy emerging AI. Manage scope, timelines, resources, and risk to ensure successful outcomes.\nHarden the Product: Use customer deployments as a forcing function to pressure-test new capabilities. Surface edge cases, integration challenges, and gaps that only emerge in production environments.\nFeed Field Insights to Product: Systematically capture insights from the field and translate them into actionable product requirements. Partner with product managers and engineering leads to prioritize and sequence improvements.\nOrchestrate Delivery: Coordinate across Cognite engineers, data scientists, designers, and product teams. Remove roadblocks, manage dependencies, and keep workstreams aligned toward shared objectives.\nEnsure Production Readiness: Work with product teams and internal functions to define what \"ready\" means-ensuring new capabilities meet the bar for scalable sales and delivery before broader release.\nFacilitate Customer Collaboration: Lead workshops, working sessions, and technical discussions with customer teams. Extract signal from noise to identify the highest-leverage problems and validate solutions in real environments.\nRequired Qualifications\nYou have 3+ years in tech consulting, TPM, or delivery: You know how to untangle complex client problems, build alignment, and keep high-stakes technical projects moving smoothly\nYou love systems thinking: You easily connect the dots between raw software architecture, user feedback, and overarching business objectives.\nYou're curious about AI & Industrial Tech: You don't need to be a deep data scientist on day one, but you are eager to learn how time-series data, LLMs, and enterprise platform architectures come together\nYou communicate with clarity: You effortlessly translate dense technical challenges into clear, actionable paths forward for both clients and internal engineering teams.\nBonus points (nice to have, not required!)\nExposure to AI/ML systems, LLM applications, or agentic workflows.\nExperience with industrial data (time series, sensor data, knowledge graphs) or platforms like Cognite Data Fusion (CDF).\nBackground in fast-paced product environments with rapid iteration cycles.\nDon't meet 100% of the preferred qualifications?
