The Role  

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-obsessed, and resourceful Part-Time Office Coordinator for our Bellevue WA office. You are the heart of our physical workplace-the culture champion who ensures our space is welcoming, seamless, and fully stocked, while building community through great events.

This is a part-time, 5-day-a-week on-site role (20-25 hours per week). While our core office hours are 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, we offer schedule flexibility for the right person. What You’ll Do

• Facilities & Workplace Operations: Keep the Bellevue office running like clockwork. You’ll maintain space organization, ensure the office and kitchen areas are kept clean, tidy, and well-stocked, manage inventory, order and stock food/snacks, handle incoming/outgoing packages, and coordinate with property management and vendors for repairs or maintenance.
• Event & Experience Planning: Drive our office culture by planning and executing engaging internal events, team lunches, celebrations, and off-sites that bring people together.
• All-Hands Coordination: Help set up and organize the All-Hands area for our monthly company-wide meetings, ensuring the space, materials, and other logistics are ready to go. Travel to support our two live All-Hands events each year, helping coordinate event logistics and other on-site needs.
• Culture Champion & Ambassador: Act as the warm, positive face of our Bellevue office. You'll greet guests, support onboarding logistics, and actively foster a compassionate, high-morale work environment.
• Ad-Hoc & Lean Team Support: As part of a lean team, you’ll tackle unexpected operational challenges, jump in on special projects, and lend a hand wherever needed to keep the company moving forward.

• AI & Tech Savvy (Bonus): You leverage modern tools and generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to streamline your own workflows, draft communications faster, and automate routine operational tasks.

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: 20-25 hours/week, spread across 5 days/week on-site (Flexibility within core hours of 10 AM - 4 PM).
• Pay Range: $26.00 - $32.00 / hour 

*As this is a part-time position, it is not eligible for Cognitiv’s standard employee benefits and perks.*
