This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Collections or Accounts Receivable professional who enjoys taking ownership, supporting colleagues, and ensuring processes run smoothly.\nYou will work closely with the Team Leader, acting as a first point of contact for operational questions and escalations, while helping the team achieve its goals and maintain high-quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport daily coordination of Collections activities and priorities.\nMonitor team performance and highlight areas requiring attention.\nFollow up on performance gaps and support team members in improving results.\nAct as the first point of contact for operational issues and escalations.\nEnsure collection processes and procedures are followed consistently.\nAssist in preparing reports, team statistics, and performance updates.\nSupport onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team.\nHandle complex collection cases and provide process guidance.\nCooperate with the Team Leader on process improvements and operational initiatives.\nRequirements:\nMin. 2+ years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash operations.\n BSc.
