You will be a valued member of our Energy & Utilities Technology team and work collaboratively with utility stakeholders, ADMS architects, infrastructure specialists, and engineering teams to deliver resilient, scalable, and highly available operational technology solutions.\nThis role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most technically complex utility modernization programs in the industry, including new ADMS implementations, platform upgrades, and large-scale system consolidation initiatives. Whether you're an experienced ADMS engineer or a technically strong professional looking to deepen your expertise in utility operations technology, we'd love to hear from you.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead the deployment and upgrade of ADMS Series 6 environments, including planning, execution, validation, and production readiness activities.\nCollaborate with utility stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable ADMS solution designs.\nDesign, implement, and optimize ADMS solutions to improve grid reliability, operational efficiency, and system performance.\nManage the setup and configuration of ADMS replication groups to ensure data consistency and synchronization across environments.\nImplement best practices for high availability, disaster recovery, and operational resilience.\nMonitor replication performance and troubleshoot cross-environment synchronization issues.\nPerform end-to-end defect analysis, root cause investigation, and remediation coordination.\nDevelop and execute FAT/SAT test strategies for new features, upgrades, and system enhancements.\nPartner with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and OEM teams to maintain secure and compliant platform operations.\nWork Model\nWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat You Must Have to Be Considered\n3+ years of experience in ADMS, SCADA, utility applications, operational technology, software engineering, or related technical disciplines.\nExperience deploying, configuring, upgrading, or supporting enterprise-scale software platforms.\nKnowledge of distributed systems, solution architecture, and system integration principles.\nExperience troubleshooting complex production issues and performing root cause analysis.\nWorking knowledge of operating systems, databases, and enterprise application environments.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across distributed teams and stakeholder groups.\nThese Will Help You Stand Out\nExperience with ADMS, SCADA, DMS, EMS, or utility management platforms.\nHands-on experience with Linux, SQL, and Python.\nExperience with Docker, Jenkins, or other automation and deployment tools.\nUnderstanding of software architecture and solution design principles.\nKnowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and replication technologies.\nBachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.\nBackground in utilities, energy management, smart grid technologies, or critical infrastructure environments.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
