This role will apply expertise in adobe to deliver reliable, scalable solutions and support business objectives. The successful candidate will also manage campaign qa (seed testing, rendering, deliverability checks) and troubleshoot workflow/delivery errors. Strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to translate requirements into effective delivery are important for success in this position.\nIn This Role, You Will\nOwn end-to-end execution of Email and SMS campaigns in ACC - workflow build, targeting/segmentation, scheduling, and post-send validation.\nManage campaign QA (seed testing, rendering, deliverability checks) and troubleshoot workflow/delivery errors.\nSupport ACC-to-AJO transition activities and oversee AJO journey execution as adoption grows.\nLead and mentor an onshore/offshore team - staffing, workload distribution, and capacity planning.\nDefine and enforce operational cadences: SLAs, escalation paths, campaign calendars, and SOPs.\nDrive governance around consent, suppression lists, and compliance for regulated communications.\nTrack operational KPIs (delivery accuracy, turnaround time, SLA compliance) and report to stakeholders.\nAct as primary client point of contact for campaign execution status and escalations.\nWork Model\nWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
