This role will partner with cross-functional teams to improve resilient systems, troubleshoot production issues, strengthen observability, and apply site reliability engineering best practices.\nIn This Role, You Will\nOwn AEP architecture end-to-end - XDM schema governance, identity resolution strategy, merge policies, and RTCDP audience design at enterprise scale.\nDesign cross-product integration patterns across AJO, CJA, Adobe Analytics, AEM, and Adobe Target; hands-on depth required in 3+ products.\nArchitect edge infrastructure - Web SDK/Mobile SDK, Edge Network, Datastreams, and event forwarding.\nUnderstand integration patterns across Adobe Experience Cloud tools and provide solutions aligned to business and technical requirements.\nDefine data ingestion strategy across batch (S3, SFTP, DLZ), streaming (HTTP API, Kafka), and Adobe source connectors; establish data quality and hygiene standards.\nDrive sandbox promotion governance. Own release readiness standards.\nServe as primary technical point of contact for client enterprise architects - present architecture trade-offs and roadmap recommendations to senior stakeholders.\nWork Model\nWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting and may change based on business and client requirements.\nCognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. *Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future*\nWhat You Need to Have to Be Considered\nExperience working in Adobe Experience Platform and hands-on experience on one or more key modules of RTCDP, CJA, AJO and Data Distiller.\nWorking knowledge on implementing/ enhancing AEP related changes as per technical design specifications.\nStrong understanding of customer journey logic, event triggers, decision orchestration, and personalization.\nUnderstanding of AEP APIs and deployment processes.\nUnderstanding of Identity Graph, Query Service, Real time customer profile, Segmentation service, data science workspace.\nExperience working with customers and digital marketing data and segmentation opportunities, and various measurement and analysis techniques and technologies.\nSolid understanding of how websites work to increase customer acquisition, loyalty, and business metrics.\nIn depth understanding of integrated architecture of experience cloud offerings from Adobe.\nExcellent client management skills, strong written and verbal communications, executive level presence.\nAbility to come up with alternate solutions/thought processes when presented with a complex technical/functional scenario.\nExperience of working in on-off model, in multi-vendor environment, team acceptability as per own behavior.\nThese Will Help You Stand Out\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
