The architect will shape digital experience platforms assure end to end solution integrity and guide teams toward robust secure and scalable implementations while aligning technology outcomes with business value and societal impact through improved customer experiences and streamlined digital services.\nIn This Role, You Will\nSolution Architecture: Architect, design, and deliver end-to-end AEM Sites and AEM Forms (Adaptive Forms, Document Services) solutions aligned with enterprise scalability, security, and performance standards.\nTechnical Leadership: Provide hands-on guidance, technical direction, and code reviews for local and offshore engineering teams. Enforce engineering best practices, design patterns, and continuous integration pipelines.\nSystem Integration: Design and maintain robust RESTful APIs, OSGi bundles, and Sling services connecting AEM platforms with downstream enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and marketing automation platforms.\nStakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Marketing teams, and Enterprise IT Architects to translate complex business objectives into scalable technical execution plans.\nContinuous Improvement: Drive technical refactoring, platform upgrades (AEM Cloud Service / AEM 6. 5), performance tuning, and automated testing initiatives to maintain web reliability.\nWork Model\nWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
