You will be a valued member of the Data & Analytics team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, data engineers, and technology partners to deliver advanced analytics solutions that improve business outcomes, operational efficiency, and customer experiences.\nThis role combines traditional analytics expertise with emerging AI-assisted analytical techniques to accelerate insight generation while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, governance, and data quality.\nIn this role, you will:\nDevelop and optimize analytical solutions using Snowflake SQL and modern data analysis tools to support enterprise reporting and decision-making.\nPerform exploratory data analysis on large structured and semi-structured datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.\nBuild and maintain analytical datasets, data marts, and reporting assets that support business intelligence and advanced analytics initiatives.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate business questions into measurable analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.\nApply AI-augmented analytics techniques to improve data exploration, pattern recognition, and insight generation while ensuring results are accurate, transparent, and business-relevant.\nDevelop reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations that communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nImplement data quality controls, validation routines, and reconciliation processes to maintain trusted analytical assets.\nDocument business rules, data lineage, analytical methodologies, and reporting logic to support governance and knowledge sharing.\nPartner with data engineering teams to improve data availability, integration, performance, and analytic readiness.\nSupport ad hoc analytical requests related to portfolio performance, operational effectiveness, customer behavior, and business strategy.\nPromote responsible, ethical, and compliant use of data and AI-assisted analytics technologies.\nWork model\nWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants within the Eastern Time Zone (EST). Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related disciplines.\nStrong expertise in Snowflake SQL, query optimization, and analytical data modeling.\nExperience performing exploratory data analysis, trend analysis, statistical analysis, and business performance assessments.\nHands-on experience developing analytical datasets, reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.\nExperience working with structured and semi-structured data in cloud-based analytics environments.\nStrong understanding of data quality, reconciliation, validation, and governance practices.\nExperience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.\nAbility to work independently in a distributed team environment while managing multiple priorities.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry.\nKnowledge of underwriting, claims, policy administration, pricing, actuarial analysis, or insurance operations.\nExperience with AI-assisted analytics, augmented analytics, or Generative AI-enabled analytical tools.\nFamiliarity with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.\nExperience supporting regulatory reporting, operational performance measurement, and executive reporting initiatives.\nKnowledge of cloud data platforms and modern analytics architectures.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
