Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n8-12 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, application development, or related technology disciplines.\n3+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.\nStrong experience with Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI development frameworks.\nExperience building RAG solutions, AI agents, conversational AI applications, and intelligent automation platforms.\nProficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML development libraries and frameworks.\nExperience integrating AI services with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and cloud-based platforms.\nKnowledge of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, prompt engineering, and AI application lifecycle management.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience working in Agile development environments.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.\nKnowledge of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval architectures.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nExperience building document intelligence, intelligent search, and enterprise knowledge management solutions.\nFamiliarity with MLOps, LLMOps, AI observability, and model monitoring practices.\nUnderstanding of Responsible AI, AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
