CODEOWNERS broken webhooks repo permission gaps stale ITSM mappings\nTrain delivery teams on self service component creation using golden path templates reduce future dependence on FDE\nTrack and report onboarding health apps in catalog apps active in last 30 days apps emitting DORA telemetry to the FDE Lead\nFeed back recurring onboarding blockers to the Platform Engineering Specialist for template scaffolder improvements\nRequired Skills and Experience\n5 plus years application development or DevOps experience strong empathy for delivery team realities\nHands on familiarity with Git platforms GitHub Enterprise Azure Repos AWS CodeCommit Bitbucket\nWorking knowledge of JIRA and Azure Boards configuration ServiceNow integration basics\nComfort with YAML JSON and basic
