Responsibilities\nProject Leadership & Delivery Management\nLead end-to-end project execution for AI-powered document processing and authoring initiatives.\nDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.\nEnsure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.\nMonitor project performance and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.\nFacilitate project status reviews, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications.\nBusiness Analysis & Requirements Management\nPartner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.\nTranslate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.\nDevelop process flows, business workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nEnsure requirements are clearly documented and understood by technical delivery teams.\nIdentify edge cases, business scenarios, and validation criteria to support successful solution delivery.\nAI Solution Enablement\nSupport AI-powered document processing and authoring initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.\nCollaborate with architects and technical teams to define AI solution requirements and business outcomes.\nUtilize prompt engineering concepts to support AI use-case development and optimization.\nAssist in Codex prompting activities and AI-output validation processes.\nDevelop examples, use cases, and testing scenarios to improve AI performance and user adoption.\nCoordinate business reviews of AI-generated outputs and ensure alignment with expected outcomes.\nStakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration\nAct as the primary liaison between business users, product owners, developers, architects, QA teams, and platform partners.\nManage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates and communications.\nFacilitate workshops, requirement sessions, user demonstrations, and solution reviews.\nDrive collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.\nTesting, Validation & Quality Assurance\nCoordinate testing activities, including:Functional Testing\nIntegration Testing\nUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)\nAI Output Validation\n\nEnsure business requirements and acceptance criteria are met before release.\nManage defect triage activities and coordinate issue resolution efforts.\nSupport quality assurance processes throughout the solution lifecycle.\nDocumentation & Process Governance\nCreate and maintain project documentation, business requirements, process documentation, project plans, release communications, and operational guides.\nEnsure project artifacts are complete, accurate, and aligned with organizational standards.\nSupport knowledge transfer and operational readiness activities.\nMaintain project governance documentation and audit-ready records.\nRisk & Dependency Management\nIdentify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.\nEscalate critical issues and blockers when appropriate.\nCoordinate project activities across multiple teams and workstreams.\nEnsure alignment between business priorities, technical capabilities, and project delivery objectives.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\n10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Business Analysis, or Technology Delivery roles.\nExperience managing AI, Digital Transformation, Data, or Enterprise Technology projects.\nStrong experience gathering and analyzing business requirements.\nProven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable delivery plans.\nExperience developing:User Stories\nAcceptance Criteria\nBusiness Process Flows\nFunctional Requirements Documentation\n\nKnowledge of:Prompt
