POCs demos and coursework alone are not sufficient.\n· GenAI/LLM engineering: RAG (chunking hybrid search re ranking) embeddings and vector search tool/function calling structured outputs and handling of incorrect or unsupported answers.\n· Agentic AI agents or multi-step automations with LangGraph LangChain Semantic Kernel or similar including tools guardrails human approval and audit of actions.\n· Evaluation defined evaluation sets and metrics measured accuracy or error rates and improved a system based on the results.\n· AIOps / anomaly detection: time-series anomaly detection and alert-noise reduction on metrics logs or events.\n· Python production code with tests (Pandas NumPy scikit learn PyTorch or TensorFlow where relevant).\n· Production troubleshooting: live incidents on Linux (CPU memory disk network) Java (heap GC thread dumps) and Python.\n· Observability tools Splunk (SPL dashboards alerts) plus one of Prometheus OpenTelemetry Dynatrace or similar.\n· RCA/AIOps tooling has built or contributed significantly to RCA AIOps or incident-analysis tooling.\nWhy Cognizant?\nImprove your career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwide\nReceive ongoing support and funding with training and development plans\nHave a highly competitive benefits and salary package\nGet the opportunity to work for leading global companies\nWe are committed to respecting human rights and build a better future by helping your minds and the environment\nWe invest in people and their wellbeing. \nWe create conditions for everyone to thrive.
