The AVEVA PI Engineer (m/w/d) will be an integral member of the support team, responsible for monitoring the system to ensure continuous production at the manufacturing site.\nResponsibilities:\nHelp on analyzing, proposing and implementing solutions to client challenges in the area of real-time data solutions.\nProvide PI System guidelines and best practices\nImplementmanage the managed services solutions for the customer’s portfolio.\nPI System performance optimization, monitoring system health, etc…\nSupport colleagues with the day to day work as well as resolvetroubleshoot issues escalated to you\nAlign with customers on initiatives and improvements\n Draft technical documentation such as user manuals, system documentation, training materials.\nRequirements:\nHigher academic or technical education within IT, Engineering, Automation with extensive experience with PI System tools (integration, installation and configuration, support)\nStrong understanding of the PI System Architecture.\nStrong PI System experience (PI DA, AF, ANAlytics, Interface, Batch interfaces)\nAble to work in a multi-cultural environment\nStrong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work as a team member as well as alone, unsupervised.\nAbility to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.\nSelf-motivated.\nPassion for quality and excellence.\nEnjoy customer interaction\nExperience with other historians (Ignition, IP21)\nExperience with SCADAs or OPC Servers (Kepware, DeltaV, Rockewell)\nExperience with third party tools (SynTQ, Seeq, Qlik, SIMCA)\nReports experience\nProgramming and integration skills\nGMP/GXP experience\nThe Cognizant community:\nWe are a high caliber team who appreciate and support one another.
