public sector integration standards.\n\nBuild secure integrations between data platforms, MDM systems, COTS products, and downstream applications.\n\nEnsure scalability, performance, security, and monitoring of integration services.\n\nSupport real-time, near real-time, and batch integration patterns.\n\nSecurity & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with government cloud requirements, public sector standards, IM8 governance controls, whole-of-government security requirements, and data protection and access management policies.\n\nImplement secure cloud architecture and governance with strong documentation and communication.\n\nJob Requirements\nExperience\n10+ years of overall experience (10-15+ preferred), including 8+ years in data engineering and solution architecture and 5+ years of AWS experience.\n\nProven delivery of mission-critical public sector platforms.\n\nPublic Sector Experience (Mandatory)\nDelivery experience within government agencies, statutory boards, public sector technology-led initiatives, and government cloud environments.\n\nStrong understanding of public sector delivery methodology, whole-of-government technology standards, IM8 policies and compliance, government procurement and security review processes, and architecture review and governance processes.\n\nPrior Singapore public sector project experience.\n\nData & ETL\nTalend Data Integration and Data Catalog, ETL/ELT architecture, data migration, and data warehousing.\n\nTableau expertise.\n\nMaster Data Management\nHands-on TIBCO EBX, master data governance, reference data management, and data quality management.\n\nExperience migrating MDM solutions to cloud-native platforms is highly preferred.\n\nApplication Integration\nStrong experience in enterprise application and system integration.\n\nHands-on with REST APIs, SOAP web services, OpenAPI/Swagger, API gateways, event-driven architectures, and message-based integrations.\n\nExperience integrating AWS-native services, Talend, TIBCO EBX, Tableau, third-party COTS applications, and government shared services.\n\nStrong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, mTLS, and API security and governance.\n\nExperience with AWS API Gateway, Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, and Apache Kafka (preferred).\n\nExperience designing canonical data models and enterprise integration patterns.\n\nStrong knowledge of API lifecycle management, versioning, documentation, testing, and monitoring.\n\nArchitecture & Governance\nEnterprise architecture, data governance frameworks, cloud governance, security architecture, API integration, and microservices.\n\nAWS Infrastructure\nWorking knowledge of EC2, VPC and networking (subnets, route tables, gateways, security groups, NACLs, VPC endpoints), IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Config, Backup, Organizations and SCPs, Direct Connect, Site-to-Site VPN, load balancers (ALB/NLB), EBS, EFS, and
