You will be responsible for enabling reliable software delivery, improving platform reliability, automating operational processes, and supporting mission-critical transportation and logistics applications. You will collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and operations teams to deliver resilient, secure, and highly available technology solutions.\nIn this role, you will\nDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to support enterprise application delivery.\nManage Azure cloud infrastructure, including compute, networking, storage, security, monitoring, and governance services.\nAutomate deployment, configuration, and operational activities using PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.\nMonitor application performance, deployment health, and platform reliability through observability and monitoring tools.\nAdminister and support Windows Server environments and IIS web applications.\nManage SQL Server environments, including performance optimization, backup and recovery, and operational support.\nSupport and maintain SSIS ETL processes, data integration workflows, and scheduled jobs.\nAdminister IBM MQ environments, including queue management, messaging services, and troubleshooting activities.\nIntegrate security controls, compliance validations, and quality checks throughout the software delivery lifecycle.\nDevelop and maintain reusable infrastructure templates and operational standards.\nLead troubleshooting and incident response activities related to deployments, infrastructure, and application services.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to improve automation, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.\nWork model\nWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n6+ years of experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.\nStrong experience administering Microsoft Azure cloud environments.\nHands-on expertise with Azure services including virtual machines, networking, storage, security, and monitoring.\nExperience automating infrastructure and operational processes using PowerShell.\nStrong understanding of Azure security, governance, and cloud best practices.\nExperience supporting Windows Server and IIS environments in enterprise settings.\nProven SQL Server administration experience, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.\nExperience supporting SSIS and enterprise data integration processes.\nKnowledge of IBM MQ administration and messaging infrastructure support.\nExperience with SonarQube or similar code quality and security scanning platforms.\nStrong understanding of DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, automation, monitoring, and Infrastructure as Code principles.\nExcellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience within transportation, logistics, or supply chain organizations.\nAzure certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Azure Security Engineer Associate.\nExperience supporting large-scale cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.\nKnowledge of observability, performance engineering, and cloud-native operational practices.\nFamiliarity with Terraform, ARM templates, or other Infrastructure as Code platforms.\nExperience working within highly regulated, mission-critical enterprise environments.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
