You will be a valued member of the delivery team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, security teams, developers, and project teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption.\nIn this role, you will:\nDefine and document security role requirements to support LDAP to Active Directory migration initiatives.\nGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements while ensuring alignment with security and access management needs.\nExecute manual and automated testing activities, including test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and validation of deployments.\nManage test data and validate application functionality across multiple test and production environments.\nSupport production releases, troubleshoot post-production issues, and collaborate with technical teams to drive timely resolution.\nEnsure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, quality standards, and project governance requirements.\nWork model\nWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Mason, Ohio. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance, including requirements gathering, documentation, and testing.\nStrong experience in manual and automated testing methodologies, test execution, deployment validation, and production support.\nExperience defining and documenting business, functional, and security-related requirements.\nProficiency in SQL, test data management, and working across multiple testing environments.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.\nExperience working within Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) frameworks and Agile delivery methodologies.\nProficiency with Jira and Microsoft Office applications.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience supporting LDAP to Active Directory migration programs.\nKnowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), directory services, and security role management.\nExperience with test automation frameworks and automation-driven QA practices.\nExperience supporting enterprise application deployments and release management activities.\nAbility to work effectively in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and priorities.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
