Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates and modules to standardize environment provisioning.\nOperate and continuously improve the Internal Developer Platform (IDP), enabling self-service capabilities for engineering teams.\nMonitor and support the availability of automation and development tooling on a 24x7 basis.\nAutomate and streamline developer workflows to reduce manual effort and improve delivery speed.\nCollaborate with development teams to gather requirements and continuously enhance the platform's usability.\nEnsure security, compliance, and quality gates are embedded within CI/CD pipelines.\nTroubleshoot and resolve incidents impacting the developer platform, escalating as required.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nHands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).\nStrong knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi).\nScripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation.\nUnderstanding of
