You will be a valued member of the Cloud, Infrastructure and Security (CIS) Services Solution Group team and work collaboratively with onsite sales, solutions and delivery teams, and clients.\nIn this role, you will\nTake end-to-end responsibility for solution and commercial creation and integration, including running scoping workshops, questionnaires and solution discussions.\nPartner with internal and external stakeholders to design differentiated, winnable solutions that meet customer requirements.\nDevelop winning themes, SWOT and competitor analysis, and reusable bid components to maximise pursuit efficiency.\nLead solution workshops, MVD/CAS sessions, due diligence and TPA engagements, interfacing directly with clients and advisors.\nManage and mentor a team of junior and mid-level solution managers.\nWork model\nAt Cognizant, we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Chennai or Bangalore, India. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you must have to be considered\nStrong techno-commercial capability with proven customer interaction and solution presentation skills.\nSolid IT infrastructure understanding across Compute (on-prem and cloud), Network, Security, End User and Service Management, including Managed Services and Digital Transformation.\nKnowledge of pricing models, IT spend analysis, business case development, and TCO and ROI analysis.\nFamiliarity with service assurance and automation tools and ITIL/ITSM processes.\nProven track record of delivering complex solutions in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.\nThese will help you succeed\nAwareness of industry IT trends and analyst/TPA reports such as Gartner, Everest, Forrester, ISG, BCG, HfS and IDC.\nExperience in cross-cultural and leading global outsourcing organisations.\nExcellent communication, presentation, analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nA flexible, self-motivated, can-do approach with the ability to work well under pressure.\nFlexibility to accommodate short domestic and international business travel.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
