and operates the 24x7 OpenShift-based container orchestration platform, providing namespaces, access keys, and self-service capabilities for deploying and managing containerized applications across private cloud and public cloud infrastructure.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, deploy, and maintain the OpenShift container orchestration platform.\nProvision and manage namespaces, access keys, and role-based access for application teams.\nEnsure 24x7 availability, performance, and resilience of the container platform.\nSupport application teams in deploying and managing containerized workloads across private cloud and public cloud environments.\nImplement platform upgrades, patches, and security hardening in line with best practice.\nMonitor platform health and capacity, proactively addressing performance or scaling issues.\nDevelop and maintain self-service tooling and documentation for platform consumers.\nRespond to and resolve incidents related to the container platform.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nStrong hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.\nUnderstanding of container networking, storage, and security concepts.\nExperience with private cloud and on-premise infrastructure integration.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD integration for containerized deployments.\nScripting/automation skills (Bash, Python, Ansible).\nStrong incident management
