troubleshooting, and incident investigation activities.\nEndpoint Security Administration\nAdminister and maintain Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) platforms.\nMonitor endpoint security health, sensor coverage, platform performance, and log collection.\nTroubleshoot endpoint-related security issues and support onboarding of new assets.\nCoordinate with vendors for platform upgrades, advanced troubleshooting, and system enhancements.\nDDoS Protection & Web Security\nSupport enterprise DDoS protection and web application security platforms.\nManage onboarding and offboarding of internet-facing applications and websites.\nReview access controls, platform reports, security alerts, and administrative activities.\nSupport:IP whitelisting and blacklisting\nSSL certificate management\nWAF policy administration\nSecurity configuration reviews\n\nWork with security and operations teams to continuously improve platform effectiveness against evolving threats.\nPrivileged Access Management (PAM)\nAdminister privileged access management solutions and privileged accounts.\nManage privileged account onboarding, offboarding, password management, and access reviews.\nSupport privileged session monitoring, audit reviews, and access governance activities.\nEnsure privileged access processes comply with organizational security standards and controls.\nSecurity Compliance & Governance\nEnsure cybersecurity platforms comply with internal security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.\nParticipate in audits, security assessments, and compliance reviews.\nSupport change management processes, including:Change reviews\nRisk assessments\nImplementation planning\nOperational readiness validation\n\nMaintain security documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams, asset inventories, and operational procedures.\nIncident Response & Security Operations\nSupport cybersecurity incident investigation and response activities.\nPerform log analysis and forensic data collection for security investigations.\nAssist in identifying root causes, implementing remedial actions, and preventing recurrence of incidents.\nPrepare incident reports and support post-incident reviews.\nBackup, Recovery & Operational Resilience\nMaintain platform backup and recovery procedures.\nVerify backup integrity and support periodic restoration testing.\nEnsure backup and recovery practices align with operational and security requirements.\nSupport business continuity and disaster recovery readiness activities.\nMandatory Requirements\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity Engineering, Security Operations, Infrastructure Security, or Cyber Platform Administration.\nMinimum 2 years of experience supporting Singapore Government, Statutory Boards, Public Sector agencies, or highly regulated environments.\nExperience managing enterprise security platforms in production environments.\nStrong understanding of:Cybersecurity operations\nSecurity monitoring\nSecurity governance\nPlatform lifecycle management\nChange management processes\n\nExperience working with vendors, support providers, and internal stakeholders.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and incident management capabilities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nTechnical
