You will contribute to Finance and Supply Chain workstreams, assist with integrations, and support successful project delivery through documentation, testing, and user enablement activities. You will be a valued member of the Cloud Infrastructure and Security team working collaboratively with the Senior Manager.\nIn this role, you will\n Prepare, maintain, and update test scripts and test scenarios.\n Execute manual test cases and document testing outcomes.\nSupport D365 F&O configuration activities based on business requirements.\nDevelop and maintain configuration, process, and project documentation.\nCreate user guides, knowledge articles, and training materials.\nSupport Finance module testing, reconciliation validation, transaction verification, and reporting requirements.\nParticipate in integration testing and validation of inbound and outbound interfaces.\nDocument interface mappings, integration test results, and process workflows.\nSupport issue tracking, defect validation, troubleshooting, and resolution activities.\nLog, categorize, analyze, and track support tickets and user-reported issues.\nSupport incident management, service request management, hypercare, and post-go-live activities.\nMaintain support knowledge repositories and operational documentation.\nEscalate complex functional issues to senior consultants or support leads as required.\nWork model\nWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.\nStrong experience as a D365 Finance Functional Consultant.\nExperience with General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project Management, and Expense Management.\nExcellent experience with D365 Supply Chain Management.\nExperience with D365 Electronic Reporting.\nExperience supporting Finance reconciliations, transaction validation, and reporting requirements.\nKnowledge of ERP integrations, interface mappings, inbound/outbound interfaces, and integration testing.\nExperience with incident management, service request management, defect resolution, and user support activities.\nExperience creating functional documentation, user guides, knowledge articles, and training materials.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.\nThese will help you stand out\n Experience with country-specific localization and statutory compliance requirements.\nExperience with Independent Software Vendor (ISV) solutions integrated with D365 Finance & Operations.\nExperience supporting complex Finance and Supply Chain integrations.\nFamiliarity with ticketing systems and SLA-driven support environments.\nExperience supporting users during hypercare and post-go-live periods.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways. The base salary for this position ranges between $90,000.00 - 105,000.00 per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications.
