Proactively identify and solve issues\n· Do other services to ensure the best experience for the customers\nWe expect You to:\n· Have good written and verbal communication skills in Danish (B1 and upper level) and English language skills (B1 and upper level)\n· Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, customer service mindset\n· Be strongly motivated to provide highest level of customer satisfaction\n· Have problem solving and planning skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn in fast changing environment\n· Be accurate and attentive to details\n· Experience in
