Our broad approach delivers key results for our customers by achieving cloud driven modernization and workplace and operational transformation to own the business in a secure environment.\nRole: Data Center Cloud Services Engineer\nLocation: Remote\nData Centre Cloud Services Engineer to manage hybrid cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and on-premises data centers. This role ensures resilient connectivity, secure access, and scalable deployments while supporting mission-critical services through automation, governance, and disaster recovery planning.\nKey Responsibilities\nCloud Infrastructure Management\nAdminister Azure Virtual Machines (across regions ), ensuring availability, performance, and compliance.\nProvide selective support for AWS workloads (e.g., BRIQ) as required.\nManage hybrid dependencies where core services (DNS, AD, SCCM) remain anchored in US data centers.\nEnsure resilient connectivity via ExpressRoute (Azure) and Direct Connect (AWS).\nInfrastructure as Code (IaC)\nUtilize the RAD (Reference Architecture Deployment) tool with Terraform for automated deployments.\nSupport governance processes where human approval is required; contribute to the roadmap for self-service automation.\nAccess Control & Security\nManage access requests through ServiceNow workflows.\nImplement Privileged Identity Management (PIM) for secure, role-based privileged access.\nEnsure compliance with enterprise security standards and audit requirements.\nDisaster Recovery (DR) Posture\nSupport DR testing driven by audits and business needs (not fixed schedules).\nAlign Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) with data center standards.\nDocument and maintain DR procedures for cloud and hybrid environments.\nOperational Excellence\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support hybrid cloud operations.\nMonitor capacity, performance, and availability across multi-region deployments.\nParticipate in incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL best practices.\nProvide documentation and knowledge transfer for cloud services and hybrid dependencies.\nCompensation: We are offering between $95,000 - $105,000.
