You will be a valued member of the Data Management team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, data owners, technology teams, privacy, security, legal, and compliance partners.\nIn this role, you will:\nSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of the enterprise Data Governance framework, policies, standards, and controls.\n\nPartner with business and technology teams to develop and maintain business glossaries, data definitions, critical data elements (CDEs), classifications, and ownership information.\n\nFacilitate data governance activities including stewardship engagement, governance working groups, issue management, and governance reporting.\n\nDefine and support monitoring of data quality rules, metrics, dashboards, and remediation efforts across critical data domains.\n\nDocument and maintain metadata, data lineage, governance artifacts, and data lifecycle controls to improve data transparency and regulatory compliance.\n\nWork model:\nWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered:\n3-7+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Master Data Management (MDM), Business Analysis, or related data disciplines.\n\nExperience supporting data governance programs, data stewardship initiatives, and enterprise data management practices.\n\nStrong understanding of metadata management, business glossaries, data lineage, data cataloging, and data ownership frameworks.\n\nExperience defining, monitoring, and addressing data quality metrics, controls, issues, and remediation activities.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with business, technology, risk, compliance, privacy, and security stakeholders.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.\n\nThese will help you stand out:\nExperience with enterprise data governance and data catalog platforms.\n\nKnowledge of data privacy, data classification, information security, and regulatory compliance requirements.\n\nExperience working with governance KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and reporting.\n\nFamiliarity with data management frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK or similar industry standards.\n\nExperience supporting large-scale data transformation, analytics, or regulatory initiatives.\n\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways. The base salary for this position ranges between $90,000 - $107,000 per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications.
