You will be a valued member of our Energy & Utilities Technology team and work collaboratively with ADMS specialists, utility stakeholders, data architects, and integration teams to migrate and consolidate critical utility network data into a unified ADMS Series 6 environment.\nThis role is part of a major grid modernization initiative involving the consolidation of multiple utility systems into a single operational platform. Whether you are an early-career engineer with experience in data migration and ETL development or a seasoned professional with utility industry expertise, this is an opportunity to work on technology that supports safe, reliable, and efficient grid operations.\nIn this role, you will:\nExecute data migration activities from multiple source systems into a consolidated ADMS Series 6 environment.\nDesign, develop, and maintain ETL processes and migration pipelines to support large-scale utility data transformations.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of migration milestones and project objectives.\nValidate, cleanse, and reconcile complex utility network data to maintain high levels of integrity, quality, and accuracy.\nAnalyze source data structures and identify opportunities to improve migration efficiency and data quality.\nSupport migration testing, defect resolution, validation activities, and deployment readiness assessments.\nCollaborate with utility stakeholders, ADMS engineers, and integration teams to resolve technical data challenges.\nContribute to migration documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nAssist in ensuring compliance with applicable utility data standards and operational requirements.\nWork Model\nWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.2\nWhat You Must Have to Be Considered\n1-6+ years of experience in data migration, ETL development, data engineering, GIS systems, utility technologies, or related technical disciplines.\nHands-on experience with data migration projects involving large or complex datasets.\nWorking knowledge of SQL and relational databases.\nUnderstanding of SCADA systems, electrical networks, GIS platforms, or utility operational technologies.\nExperience developing or supporting ETL processes and data transformation workflows.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot data quality and integration issues.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in hybrid, distributed teams.\nAbility to work independently while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.\nThese Will Help You Stand Out\nExperience with ADMS, SCADA, EMS, or DMS platforms.\nKnowledge of IEC 61970/61968 Common Information Model (CIM) standards.\nExperience with Python scripting for automation, transformation, or validation activities.\nFamiliarity with Windows and Linux environments.\nUnderstanding of utility integration standards and utility network models.\nExperience with GIS technologies used in electric utility environments.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.\nBackground in utilities, energy management, smart grid technologies, or critical infrastructure environments.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
