You will be a valued member of the internal IT support team and work collaboratively with fellow IT team members and client site staff.\nIn this role, you will\nProvide onsite technical support for basic hardware-related issues with desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.\nProvide onsite support for printer-related issues and requests, including label printers, mobile printers, receipt printers, and toners.\nConfigure new desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals according to standard operating procedures.\nReview the knowledge base and SOPs, update outdated SOPs for new or changing processes, and create SOPs for newly defined processes and procedures.\nWork model\nAt Cognizant, we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible, and we are here to support a healthy work-life balance through our various well-being programs.
