This program spans live GE ADMS Series 6 implementations, platform upgrades, and a large-scale multi-company data migration - making it a genuinely impactful place to grow your career in the energy technology space.\nIn this role, you will:\nDesign, implement, and continuously maintain robust Jenkins pipelines for continuous integration and delivery across the GE ADMS Series 6 program.\nAutomate build, test, and deployment processes to increase release frequency, reduce manual effort, and improve overall delivery quality.\nUse Terraform to provision and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP - ensuring consistency, scalability, and infrastructure-as-code best practices.\nImplement and maintain Ansible playbooks for server provisioning, application configuration management, and environment standardization.\nDevelop Python scripts and custom automation tooling to streamline operational and deployment tasks across the program.\nManage artifact repositories and actively support release management processes, including versioning, deployment tracking, and rollback strategies.\nAdminister GitHub repositories - including pull request workflows, branching strategies, and code integration processes - ensuring clean, governed delivery pipelines.\nCollaborate with utility stakeholders, ADMS engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate operational requirements into automated, scalable solutions.\nCoordinate with network and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure infrastructure connectivity and compliance with relevant standards.\nWork Model\nWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat You Must Have to Be Considered\n3+ years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, infrastructure automation, or a related field - candidates with approximately 2 years of highly relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.\nProven, hands-on experience designing and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, including pipeline-as-code practices.\nPractical proficiency with Terraform for cloud infrastructure provisioning and management across one or more of AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nWorking experience with Ansible for configuration management, server provisioning, and application automation.\nStrong Python scripting skills applied to automation, tooling development, or deployment workflow optimization.\nSolid understanding of GitHub workflows, branching strategies, pull request management, and collaborative code integration practices.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in hybrid, distributed team environments.\nThese Will Help You Stand Out\nExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nApplied knowledge of DevOps security best practices, including secrets management, pipeline hardening, and infrastructure compliance scanning.\nFamiliarity with additional configuration management tools such as Chef.\nExposure to microservices architecture and its operational implications for CI/CD and infrastructure management.\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments, including sprint-based workflows, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.\nAny understanding of GE ADMS systems and architecture is an advantage - though not a requirement, your curiosity about the energy sector is very much welcome.\nBackground in utilities, energy management, smart grid technologies, or critical infrastructure environments.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
